Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: October 24, 2026
Production lead time, transit estimates and the named delivery term are agreed separately.
These policies apply to business purchases, wholesale and customized orders with Guangzhou Yaoguifeng Technology Co., Ltd. (YAGUFE). Please review the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice (PI) and policies before ordering. Specific terms expressly accepted by both parties take precedence over general website policies, subject to mandatory applicable law. The governing contract language must be specified in the order.
Before dispatch, confirm the consignee, address, contact number, destination, transport method and trade terms. Customers must provide accurate delivery information, and YAGUFE must provide accurate documents within its agreed responsibilities.
The quotation distinguishes production or preparation lead time, expected dispatch date and estimated transit time. Dispatch does not mean delivery to the customer. Lead time normally begins after the agreed advance payment and approval of required specifications, packaging and samples, as specified in the order.
Courier, air freight, sea freight or customer-appointed forwarders may be arranged according to available routes. Products containing lithium batteries require suitable transport, packaging and documentation. Availability for every destination or route is not guaranteed.
Each order must identify the selected trade rule, precise named place or port and version, for example: FCA [named place], Incoterms® 2020. FOB is used only for appropriate sea or inland waterway shipments, not as a general courier or air-freight term.
Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes and risk transfer follow the expressly agreed trade terms. Duty-paid delivery is not included unless DDP has been expressly accepted and can be performed. Transit damage responsibility is assessed under the agreed terms and evidence.
Shipment is arranged after agreed release conditions, such as cleared balance payment and inspection, have been met. Available tracking details or transport documents will be provided. Commercial invoices, packing lists and any testing documents must be agreed according to actual availability.
Partial shipments, model substitutions and material configuration changes require advance written approval. Customer-appointed forwarder arrangements must identify the handover point, evidence and responsibilities.
If materials, transport schedules, customs inspections or other events cause delay, we will communicate the revised plan promptly. Delay does not automatically excuse contractual responsibility. If the agreed latest delivery date is exceeded, the parties will address an extension, an alternative or cancellation of the unperformed portion and any resulting refund according to the contract.
