Sample Policy

These policies apply to business purchases, wholesale and customized orders with Guangzhou Yaoguifeng Technology Co., Ltd. (YAGUFE). Please review the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice (PI) and policies before ordering. Specific terms expressly accepted by both parties take precedence over general website policies, subject to mandatory applicable law. The governing contract language must be specified in the order.

Samples are supplied for appearance, function and purchasing evaluation and are not a free trial. Availability, quantity, configuration and charges must be confirmed in advance.

Sample charges, customization charges and shipping charges are payable in full before arrangements begin, unless otherwise agreed. Duties, taxes and clearance costs follow the agreed trade terms.

The sample lead time begins after cleared payment and confirmation of necessary information. The quotation will specify the estimated schedule; custom samples, unavailable models and special colors may take longer.

Any credit of sample fees against a bulk order must be agreed in writing, including eligible models, amount, conditions and expiry. Credits are not automatic. Freight, taxes and development costs are excluded unless expressly included.

Bulk supply follows the final approved configuration and sample criteria. Any differences between evaluation samples and production packaging, firmware or colors must be disclosed and accepted.

For incorrect, damaged or faulty samples, provide the order number, model and supporting photos or videos. We will review and resolve verified issues. Non-defective samples used for evaluation are not automatically returnable for a refund, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
